On The Spot Form & Technique:
We’re going to teach you proper form and placement of body, as well as what muscles should be activated and why. When we spot improper technique during a workout, we will help you improve your form right away.
Body Fat Analysis:
This assessment helps us establish a baseline at the beginning of your membership, and it informs our training recommendations based on your goals. We do a quick test every month, and a thorough assessment every quarter.
We document the number of pull-ups, push-ups and air squats you can do on your first visit. This performance baseline gives us vital insights for customizing your plan. We do a thorough assessment every quarter.
Goal Setting & Accountability:
We care about you as a whole, which is why we track your life goals, in addition to your physical & aesthetic goals. Tell us what you want to accomplish in any given month (in or out of the gym) and we’ll help keep you on point.
Community Support Access:
Gain access to our exclusive library of educational form and technique videos. You also get access to our online community, where you can ask questions, post goals, and interact with your fellow members outside of the gym.
Four 1-on-1 Sessions (60 minutes)
When you fully understand how your body works, your workouts become much more effective. Our coaches will thoroughly educate you on proper form and muscle activation, while keeping you motivated and focused on your goals.
With nutritional coaching, we can help you stay track on a weekly basis by sitting down and evaluating what you’re putting in your body. Nutritional coaching involves a personalized macro analysis and nutrition adjustments.
Posture Analysis & Assessment:
After an initial analysis, we’ll provide you with personalized recommendations for how to counteract poor posture while teaching you effective and safe stretches. We record your posture improvements on a monthly basis.
