You’ve probably seen “75 Hard” floating around online. At The Happy Factory, we created a version that’s intense but realistic for real people with real lives: 50 Strong.
For 50 straight days, you’ll follow five core rules: Move your body for at least 30 min per day, hit your daily water goal, no junk Food / no refined carbs, no alcohol Monday–Friday, and read 10 pages of personal development daily.
