What Is the 50 Strong Challenge?

50 Strong is a 50-day discipline and habit-building challenge designed to reset your body, sharpen your mindset, and help you follow through when it matters most.
For 50 straight days, you’ll commit to five core rules:
- Move your body for at least 30 minutes daily
- Hit your daily water goal
- No junk food / no refined carbs
- No alcohol Monday–Friday
- Read 10 pages of personal development each day
This challenge is built to improve health markers, strengthen consistency, and remind you what you’re capable of when you commit.
